❓ Frequently Asked Questions (Read Before Purchase)

1. What is the difference between 16208 and 16209?
Only the shell colour – mechanical and electronic specifications are identical.

2. Do I need to charge the car before first use?
Yes. Always charge the car immediately upon receipt. Low battery voltage can cause erratic behaviour (e.g., weak response, glitching). Also ensure the transmitter has fresh AA batteries.

3. Why does the car sound so loud?
The car uses metal internal gears, which naturally produce more noise than plastic gears. This is normal. However, metal gears are subject to wear over time – occasional internal gear replacement may be needed after heavy use.

4. The car runs forward by itself – what’s wrong?
This is usually due to the throttle trim not being centred. Adjust the throttle trim knob on your transmitter to the neutral position. Similarly, adjust the steering trim to centre the front wheels. Note that the front wheels are designed with a slight outward “V” toe‑out – this is normal for better cornering.

5. How does reverse work?
Return the throttle trigger to neutral to stop, then push forward again to engage reverse. For full details, refer to the manual’s ESC calibration section.

6. One of the tyres wobbles slightly – is that a defect?
Minor tyre wobble is common in mass‑produced RC cars. If the car tracks straight and runs smoothly on the ground, it’s considered normal and will not affect performance.

🏁 Why Choose MJX 1/16 Series?

  • Ready‑to‑run – out of the box, just charge and drive

  • Upgrade‑friendly – standard receiver and 3S compatibility let you grow with the car

  • Tough construction – metal drivetrain and shocks handle rough bashing

  • Great value – brushless performance at an entry‑level price

Note: Always read the full instruction manual before operation. Proper battery maintenance and trim adjustments will ensure many hours of driving fun.
